Happy Monday, Folks! How is it the last week of October?
We had a great weekend celebrating my best friend’s birthday in Fountain square. We had Halloween appetizers, fall drinks, duck pin bowling (I won) & danced the night away downtown.
I am a huge fan of cheese balls, but have never actually made one! When I stumbled across this pumpkin cheese ball on the Food Network I knew it would go over well. I was right…everyone devoured the cheese ball. Best of all, it was soooo easy to make. Make sure you add these cheese ball to your fall appetizer list!
The Perfect Fall Cheese Ball
- 16oz cream cheese, room temp
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 3 tbsp salsa
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cups nacho cheese chips, crumbled
- top of 1 bell pepper for stem garnish
