Here’s what you’ll need:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
2 cups rice
1 can corn
3 chicken breasts
3/4 cup cheese
Place your chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. Chop up onion and toss on the top.
Spoon in your cream of chicken soup. Add your rice and corn.
Now cover this and cook it according to the following:
Low – 7-8 hours
High 3-4 hours.
I waited until the end to add in the cheese. This is great to put on in the morning on the weekends if you cook it on high and then have a nice meal at lunchtime.
