Here’s what you’ll need:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
2 cups rice
1 can corn
3 chicken breasts
3/4 cup cheese
Place your chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. Chop up onion and toss on the top.
Spoon in your cream of chicken soup. Add your rice and corn.
Now cover this and cook it according to the following:
Low – 7-8 hours
High 3-4 hours.
I waited until the end to add in the cheese. This is great to put on in the morning on the weekends if you cook it on high and then have a nice meal at lunchtime.

Do you love simple meals? I am a huge sucker for meals with little prep and few dishes to clean up. If your answer is yes, then this is meal you have to try! Last night I stumbled across this easy one dish recipe and had to give it a shot.
This dish took 5 minutes to prep and only requires 5 ingredients that you most likely have on hand. The downside is that it bakes for an hour in the oven, but it’s definitely worth the wait. It can’t get too much simpler than that.
Ranch Chicken with Potatoes & Green Beans
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tblsp Ranch Seasoning packet or use italian seasoning if you prefer
1/2 cup butter, melted
6-8 red potatoes
12 oz green beans (fresh or frozen)
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and place baking dish.
Slice your two chicken breast into smaller pieces making them thinner. Place the chicken in your baking dish.
Pour green beans on top.
Sprinkle entire dish evenly with Ranch Seasoning. Pour melted butter over all the food.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
