You can’t overestimate the importance of outerwear in an Indiana winter especially after experiencing last year’s brutally cold weather. Yes, there are cities where it gets much colder and a lot of places where people spend a lot more time outside in the snow but it’s still important to be dressed warm even on your morning commute in case you happen to get stranded.
