Monday Night Football: Crack Dip

image

I have made so many batches of buffalo chicken dip, I’ve nearly rebelled against it these last couple of months. It has been my staple dish to every single  gathering I ever attended basically so far in my 20s. I decided to venture out and make a different dip while watching football this week.

I love the spice of the hot sausage to cut through the cream cheese.

1 pound hot pork sausage, browned and drained
2 packages cream cheese
2 cans Rotel tomatoes, undrained

In a large bowl, heat cream cheese in microwave in 2-minute intervals until smooth and easy to stir. Stir in the Rotel and sausage and cook for another couple of minutes. Stir in mozzarella cheese and cook in 2-minute intervals, stirring in between, until cheese is melted and dip is thoroughly warm. Or you can cook the sausage then throw everything in the crock pot until the cream cheese is melted. Enjoy!

November 3rd: Today I am thankful for my entire family my Grandma, my aunts and uncles and all of my cousins! We have such a great time when are all together and I am blessed for each and every one of them!
