Ingredients

  • 4 ozs vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/3 cup vodka (whipped, I used Pinnacle)
  • 8 ozs cool whip (I used reduced fat)
  • vanilla (splash of)
  • sprinkles

In a medium to large bowl mix together the milk, whipped vodka and the instant pudding mix for a few minutes or until it is completely mixed, a mixer should not be necessary simply use a plastic spoon or a whisk.

Now that the pudding mixture is well blended fold in the whipped cream, this step is easier if the Cool Whip is room temperature.

Pour or spoon your pudding mixture into the desired shot glass or disposable shot cup; put the pudding shots on a cookie sheet or tray and refrigerate for at least an hour, keep them chilled until you are ready to serve them. Remember these are shots the consistency will be a little different than normal pudding; more like a mouse, for a firmer pudding shot you can put them in the freezer for a while.

Now that you have a general knowledge of the recipe ( 1 cup milk, 1 total cup alcohol and 1 package of Jello Pudding you can really go crazy and create your own treat.
