Friday is here, what a fast 4 day work week! I am excited for my weekend at home with my parents! Buffalo Chicken dip is amazing and one of the best combinations around in my opinion…it started with the dip and chips…then the dip and  vegetables like celery and carrots…buffalo chicken mac and cheese and now buffalo chicken stuffed mushrooms. 

2 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup franks red hot
1 can cooked chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
10 large mushrooms
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Remove the stem and the insides of your mushrooms, and place in a baking dish.
Then add the cream cheese, blue cheese, ranch and buffalo sauce. Stir together until the cream cheese is melted.
In a bowl, add your shredded chicken and the buffalo sauce mixture from the pan. Mix together until the chicken is coated.
Spoon the chicken mixture into your mushrooms, and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
