I am on my way to visit my brother in Muncie tonight before he becomes a college graduate in just a few weeks! This afternoon was one of those days when I just didn’t feel like going to the store and stocking up on a bunch of groceries so I made something with what I already had in my fridge. And why is it that those recipes always turn out to be the best ones? Go figure!
Grilled cheese sandwiches take me back to my childhood days! I have always loved a warm cheesy sandwich dipped in tomato soup. All you need is the following ingredients:
-2 pieces of whole wheat bread
-2 slices of Kraft single cheese
– cream cheese spread
-shredded mozz cheese
