Last month in Florida, my cousin Danyelle, told me about an inspiring 365 day #devotionalbook that she was reading. Jesus Calling by Sarah Young is an amazing inspirational read. Rather than picking a verse or two from the bible and trying to relate it to some life issue, Sarah Young has taken versus and speaks in the voice of Jesus. Reading these messages each morning puts my mind at ease and gives me a positive outlook on each day.

The readings are short and simple, one page long maximum. This book is written in the voice of Jesus in modern language for the typical American Christian reader. The messages are very heartfelt and written with much passion reassuring the reader and reminding us that god has a plan. Each message is very encouraging and a great reminder that Jesus is always with us.
