Vegas Day 4

Our last morning in Vegas started off with a bloody mary toast to a great last day. We had lunch at Earl of Sandwich. This place was seriously out of this world good. We went based on the really high ratings, a friend’s recommendation & the convenient location right inside Planet Hollywood. We ended up eating here three times throughout our trip!

Jake and I ordered the italian sub and bbq chicken salad. Also, we got the kettle bbq chips. All items were so so good! I personally loved the bbq chicken salad more, but Jake loved the sandwich. Either way, you can’t go wrong here and the prices were super cheap!

The most memorable part of the trip was the show Cirque Du Soleil “O” It was breathtaking with an amazing acrobatic performances, synchronized swimmers, divers performing in, on, and above water! It was a water based show with the stage constantly changing. O was my first Cirque du Soleil experience and I was very impressed with the whole set up. In Las Vegas there are so many shows to see it was hard to decide which one we wanted to go see. If you are willing to pay the cash I would recommend seeing this one it is well worth the money and will leave you speechless!

After the amazing performance we had to try out Pink’s Hot Dogs another restaurant located right inside Planet Hollywood. This was one of the places on our list to try before leaving Vegas.

The nacho chili cheese dog is a total must –  mustard, onion, nacho cheese, chili, and jalapenos. Oh my! It was so filling and yummy. And, of course, you have to get fries too. There’s only outdoor seating available, but they have heat lamps. And since it’s right on the Strip, it’s some good people-watching, which I always appreciate.

After an eventful day we ended our night at Planet Hollywood sitting there long into the night, chatting and trying to soak up every little moment of the trip. It was slightly bittersweet, knowing we would be flying back home and to reality the following day. Goodbye Vegas!
