Motivation for the Week Ahead


Even on busy days you can find at least thirty minutes to workout. Before work, before bed, after work, after school, on your break…etc. It’s just finding the motivation to do it. You don’t always have to get in the car and go to the gym you can make up your own workouts and complete them without ever leaving your house. Here is one of my favorite quick work outs for busy days or lazy days. 

100 jumping jacks

50 mountain climbers

100 crunches

Hold plank position for a minute

100 butt kickers

30 pushups

Repeat 3 times
