I mentioned a couple posts back about going overboard on the junk food during the holidays. The Holidays are the one time when I cannot turn down the sweets, I just can’t say no. The great thing about your body is you can always get back on track and bounce back. I wanted to make sure to start 2014 off right by making healthier choices and getting back on track with working out!
For lunch, I have been fixing salads everyday. Yesterday’s salad had avocado, raspberries, spring mix, goat cheese and light poppy seed dressing.
