The Mellow Mushroom is a popular chain restaurant that specializes in Pizza. They have a Bar on one side, a dining room on the other side and a busy take out station in the middle. It’s a combination pizzera / bar and it’s very popular in Carmel.
We spent last night checking this place out and using up a Groupon that we had bought awhile back. I had never been before (!) and Jake had only been once before but in Atlanta. We started off with pretzels as an appetizer and then ordered the funky BBQ chicken pizza. We picked the right night to visit because they had a trivia night which turned out to be a lot of fun.
