Eating scrambled eggs with slices of fresh avocado has got to be one of my favorite combinations right now. I don’t know where this combination originated from but I could definitely eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner. With just three ingredients you can whip up a healthy filling meal at any time. All you need is eggs, avocado and cottage cheese. put it all on top of toast or eat it plain 🙂
