I purchased this personal blender with a travel lid on Sunday at Target. I have been seeing all of these smoothie ideas on Pinterest and decided I would give it a shot and start making smoothies for breakfast. Martha Stewart has a list of smoothie recipes, my favorite one so far that I have tried is the strawberry, mango, yogurt smoothie.
Yum! Instead of the plain yogurt I replaced it with strawberry flavored and it was awesome. A bunch of my friends also have been telling me about veggie green smoothies for breakfast, so maybe I will try those next.
