Day two of vacation we got on the Carnival Elation around noon and spent the day at sea. We spent the night on the Mississippi river making our way to our first stop, Cozumel Mexico. 

We had a very relaxing first day on the ship laying by the pool, drinking margaritas, exploring the ship & sitting in the hot tub. 

The main thing to do on the cruise is eat, eat, and eat. You could always find pizza and ice cream 24 hours a day on the Lido deck, and it also contained a buffet with many choices that we ate for lunch. 

The first night we spent our evening at a comedy show which was hilarious and then we played Bingo for a chance to win $500 off our bar tab.
