Last night Meredith and I decided to combine three honey crisps apples, cinnamon and crescent rolls to make apple turnovers. I usually don’t waste my time on fruity desserts that don’t include chocolate, but last night we were both wanting apple turnovers! It’s so fun baking when it’s cold outside and we’re all snuggled up in our apartment! The crust came out a little more gooey than what we wanted, but it was delicious especially once we added vanilla bean ice cream on the side.
