Cheesecake? A healthy dessert? Friday Shalena surprised all of us girls at work with cherry cheesecake from a Weight Watcher’s recipe that she found online. It’s a super easy recipe, delicious, and only three points off Weight Watchers.
All you need is:
3/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
2 TBSP light butter, melted
2/3 cup low fat cream cheese
6 TBSP Fat-free cream cheese
3 TBSP fresh lemon juice
2 large egg white
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup light fruit pie filling cherry
